The best thing about DRS is that our son
loves going to school!
The learning environment provides a great
foundation for his educational needs. This
positive environment coupled with a fantastic
class teacher, great administration team,
good infrastructure, ample sports, health &
hygiene focus, and sufficient parent-teacher
interaction, makes this a much better school
than most of the other schools around. We
have lived abroad the past 12 years, while
both our children have been born and
brought up there. After a lot of research, we had to pick from a pool of 6
schools and we chose DRS. DRS is certainly in tune and in sync with today's
changing and growing educational needs. We couldn't be happier!

We Hari Kumar (post graduate in management) and
Asha (post graduate in management) are the proud
parents of Ria Erramilli of Vth grade in DRS
International school. We are very happy to see Ria
placed in drsis, as it has helped her to develop into a
self confident and a holistic child.
Ria has done her primary education of three years in
Ireland in ‘scoil muirgan small ’.while shifting to India
after a lot research through friends and internet ,we
contacted Mrs. Mary ,who provided us with all
required information as we were in different country. Today we are happy

"When the time came for me to select a
school for my son, i was absolutely clear with
my selection criteria. I wanted to put him in
a school which doesnt promise to mould him
into a doctor or an engineer but promises to
find out his interests and nurture
accordingly. For me Soft Skills and

Hello Madam,
We have three of our children studying in DRSIS. Son(Varun) is in 8th daughters(Shalini and Sakshi) are in 2nd and 1st grade respectively. What impresses us the most is the children like the school very much. Every morning they are all very excited to go to school. They feel very proud to be part of the schooland enjoy each day in the school.
The school puts enough importance to each child and make sure that each one is
special. Academics and extra-curricular are evenly balanced where a student is
encouraged to take up sports of his choice. Coaches encourage children to take
up sports where natural ability of the children lies and take deep interest in
developing them to be an asset in their personality.

I Nooruddin Hirani, and my wife, Minaz Hirani, Thank you, for giving us the
opportunity to convey our thoughts.
It gives us immense pleasure to share with you, how choosing the right institute for our
son, is helping in bringing the best out of him.
It was really hard to make a decision in choosing the right school for him, as Naail is our
only son it was really challenging decision. The place where we are located has many
reputed schools .And the travelling distance (40 mins appr) either ways, was the biggest
worrying factor for us, since, as a kid after being in school for such a long day, will he be
able to keep up good health and finish his work properly.
But, after 2 years, we are very much convinced that we have not only chosen the right
institute but also the best one for our kid.
With our personal experience we can surely say that, DRS International School is one
of the finest facilities for our child. Besides academic, a wide variety of activities are
available with in the premises.
We are very proud to provide such a wonderful institute for our child, which, not
only concentrate on studies, but also facilitate with extra curricular activities
which helps him in growing actively both physically and mentally.
While sending our son to school every morning, we eagerly wait for him to return home
and share with us about the new things he learned at school. In his first year I was
shocked to see my son singing the national anthem, saying shlokas and poetry in
telugu (even I can't speak and understand telugu).To me it is really shocking to see
my four year old son can do what i can't.
We are very much pleased, when we see overall development in our child. We have also
noticed that our son is not only developing in sports and academics, but also developing
as a responsible and creative child.

DRSIS is a school or should we say a home away from home wherein the kids feel
comfortable as at home and the parents feel that the kids are as safe as they are at
home. The schools concept Strive to Surpass stands good as the school is continuously
working towards the overall growth of the students who are going to be the future of
our country.
The IB program provided by the school is truly of international standards as the
teachers here follow the international method of teaching which is easily
understandable for the children and is very important in the current fast paced life.
Apart from a very large campus the school has a big swimming pool and a skating rink
wherein the children are well trained by professionals. The other activities include
yoga, swimming, skating, gymnastics, chess and basketball, special rooms for art and
craft activities and music and dance classes which altogether make up for the overall
growth and development of the children both physically and mentally. The cafeteria at
the school is also very good as it provides healthy and nutritious food for children and
maintains cleanliness at all times.
Overall the school is the best in twin cities as it not only maintains high standards in
academics and extracurricular activities, it is also located wonderfully in a pollution
free environment not so far off from the city. At DRSIS each child is specially taken
care of either by the staff inside the campus or by the security while boarding the
buses. The transport facility is quite safe and convenient for both kids and parents.
Apart from everything the teachers here inculcate in children true values which will
motivate them to become better individuals in future. I have seen my son learn many
such good values and am excited about his future.

We the parents of Tanush & Swachit Amaram
feel very proud to be connected with DRSIS for
the last 4 years; we are very happy seeing our
children developing mentally and physically with
the help of Facilitator’s, Coordinator’s, Staff and
Management of the DRSIS. The school follows
the ‘PYP’ International Baccalaureate learning
format for IK1 to 5th standard, which helps the children to grow and learn in a
play full environment, this format makes children understand everything
effortlessly and the uses of the subject’s in their day to day activities. The
physical and special activities like games, yoga, meditation and many more help
the children grow stronger and concentrate in their academics. DRSIS provides
good transport facility and they also give hygienic and nourishing food to the
children, even the classrooms are well kept and not more than 25 children are
given admission per classroom. We recommended DRSIS to our family &
friends.

This is Rajendra Kothakonda and
Saritha Kothakonda parents of Tanvi and
Saanvi Kothakonda of Grade 1D and IK1.
We are thankful for giving us an
opportunity to share our views about our
kids in the school.
We are happy to inform that day by day
our kids are becoming more and more
confident and their communication skills
have improved a lot. Earlier when we got
admitted our elder child in IK1, at that time
she was lagging behind in communicating
and expressing, the level of Confidence was also very low. This really has
worried us a lot since it was also effecting her Academics but Thanks to
the School Management and especially the teachers who has sent our
daughter to the special classes in Spoken English and communication in
the school, with this it has helped our kid a lot and day by day she has
become more and more confident. In this way the teachers are putting lot
of effort and helping the kids to face the challenges in this competitive
world.

When we relocated from US four years
back, one of the most difficult tasks in front
of us was to find a good school for our
daughters. We had few choices and we must
admit that initially we were not very sure
about DRSIS as it was comparatively a new
school then, and not much track record was
available. But when we visited the school
and met the faculty, we were impressed.
Today, more than four years later, we
would say that we are very happy that we
chose DRSIS. The school has provided excellent environment and
opportunities for them to develop their personality and grow as responsible
individuals. We really like the teaching methodology that is followed by the
school.
Our daughters love to go to school everyday. One of our daughters’ was very
shy in the beginning and now, we must say that with help of her teachers she
has become very confident and is eager to participate in all activities in
school.
Like any other system, there is a scope for improvement everywhere and
what we like about the DRSIS staff is that they are always open to
suggestions. The teachers respond promptly and appropriately to concerns
raised by us and seek feedback from time to time.

Yash is in which school?” is a question
people often ask me after interacting with
him. The confidence and ease with which he
interacts even with strangers makes me feel
Proud of my decision to put him in DRSIS.
Yash is in grade III E and for last 3 years
every day he looks forward to going to
school. For him school is FUN. I always
wanted an international curriculum (PYP)
and methodology for my child. Reason -
PYP methodology is research based where
in it enhances a child’s strengths and works
on his weaknesses; which I feel the qualified staff at DRSIS fully justifies.
The curriculum followed along with the facilities (a huge playground,
various outdoor and indoor sports, art and craft, yoga, hobby classes, cyber
lab and transport) provided at DRSIS truly makes a child a GLOBAL
CITIZEN.
I appreciate and thank every body at DRSIS (the teaching staff, helpers, bus
drivers and security) for all the efforts they put in to make our and our
child’s day joyful and peaceful.

We had joined our son Pradyumna in the very first academic year of DRSIS.
With so many other schools offering education in regular format all around
us, it was a bold step for us to take at that time. Today I can confidently say
that we had made a right choice 9years ago. My son is now in grade 7 and
loves everything about this school. He takes immense pride in being one of
the first few admissions of the school.
DRSIS has given us parents the confidence that the child is in a secure
environment. Right from the word go...pick up/ drop, breakfast/ lunch,
education, extra curricular activities and personality development,
everything is taken care of by this school. In today's hectic life what more
can a parent ask for!
The teaching staff and the management are highly approachable and this
makes things very easy for communication between the school and the parent.
This school, while giving exposure to education in international standards, also
keeps the child rooted to Indian values and traditions.

Way back eight years ago (Has it been that long ago???) when we were looking for a
school for my son, then in kindergarden, we had some specific ideas regarding what a
school should, and should not be. We had some exposure to schooling systems abroad,
and that also no doubt influenced our thinking.
What we were looking for was a school where the personality of the child would be built.
We (and I am sure every parent) wanted our children to be good strong confident
individuals, - who had a deeply imbedded value system, the confidence to stand up for it
among their peer group, and be a committed team player. This, apart from the academic
requirements to be on par with the other children of their age group, which of course was
a given. This is basis the fact that character and personality formation is done in the
early
years of a child's life, and life, happiness and growth in future years will have more to
do
with how a person deals with others, rather than the degrees they have.
DRS was a new school then, and there was a lot of freshness in everyone - from the
Principal to the teachers, and all the staff. And the school had all the physical
infrastructure - in terms of classroom facilities, and most notably a large playground
(which many current schools lack). An extra touch was the presence of a child
psychologist as well - as new parents wanting the best for the children, there were a lot
of
questions we had.
I must say DRS has lived up to our expectations - especially the primary years program.
We now have all three children there - Kartik is now in class 7, Praajna in class 4 and
Aparna in class 2. All of them are happy to go to school everyday, take pride in being
students of DRS, and have good academic as well as extracurricular performance. And as
parents, it has been a good journey
for us so far.
We really appreciate DRS the institution which has been built and wish all members -
Teachers, staff and management - a lot of growth, and many more years of character
building in young students.

Congratulations ! to DRSIS team for
successfully getting through the IB evaluation
for PYP. On this occasion as parents we would
also like to share our thoughts and be part of
this joy.
Our son Kaushal, now studying in IV, went
through the initial three years of Montessori
education. We were looking for a good school in
Hyderabad which could provide similar quality
education of global standard. We came across a
“Best Schools of Hyderabad” survey done by
Indian Express in March 2005 and came to
know of the options available. We then visited
several schools and met a lot of people to make
sure we select the right quality of education for our son. There were a lot of schools
providing good education, but the most striking thing of DRSIS was the systematic
approach of using IB-PYP methodologies. We realized after visiting most of the schools,
that it is very easy to skew the education system under the pretext of quality. Every
school continuously strives to improve itself, but at DRSIS we felt confident that the
IBPYP
rigor will ensure true quality of education, discipline and consistency. With IB-PYP
methodologies and particularly the hard work and dedication shown by the staff, we were
sure DRSIS was the right school for our son.
Since 2008, our son is getting the best possible education in Hyderabad at this school.
DRSIS has been able to give an all round development for our son, which includes
academics, art, music, sports, community engagement and several opportunities to learn
practical things for leading a successful life. We would like to thank DRSIS for being
there for our son during this important phase of his life.

I CH.VASUDEV RAO father of CH.PARIKSHEETH whose studying in grade 1. When I wanted to join my son in a school I was looking for a school which will help him grow mentally and as well as physically.I do not want to force him to become a doctor or engineer rather I wanted a school which will help him find his interest and nurture accordingly.
I came to know about DRS through Mr. Raghu and Mr.Bharath and was happy to see the fantastic environment coupled with good infrastructure and sports. After joining my son in the school I am glad that he has improved himself in discipline, self confidence, leadership qualities which are very essential for the kids in today's competitive world to grow.
They have got good sports facilities and as well as excellent coaches who discovers child's area of interest in the sport he want to pursue and train them accordingly.
I am happy with transportation as I find it very safe...

As parents, we really adore and appreciate the quality of education offered in DRS School. The ambience of DRS School is great as there is a beautiful harmony between administration, the faculty and the students which is reflected through a lot of mutual respect and care too. DRS offers a truly well-rounded education with highly qualified teachers in various fields like academics, arts, sports, music, yoga and IT with a great coordination between them. It is a well-known fact that “No two children learn in the identical way” and every teacher in DRS strives hard in creating multiple paths for learning so that students with different abilities and learning needs can understand the concepts effectively.
From day one (IK-1), our son loves DRS School and he bounces out of bed to catch the school bus in the morning! Initially we thought it was a honeymoon period, but he is still excited to go to school with the same zeal. It clearly shows his passion for learning and also in the other end, DRS nurtures the children with the innovative way of teaching through PYP (Primary Years Program) where the child gets to understand the concepts in a very practical approach rather than theory-based learning.
The “Coffee Morning” sessions and SLC (Student Led Conference) are really appreciable as it develops my child’s presentation skills and improves his confidence level and also gives an opportunity for the parents to know more about the learning process happening in the school.
Finally, DRS School is doing a Great Job and we appreciate all the Staff and Management for their dedication and commitment in ensuring that the students have an entertaining and interesting learning experience. We all love the school and advise the parents who are truly concerned about the future of their children to take a wise decision by joining their children in DRS.
