The IB Diploma Programme at DRSIS is headed by Mrs. Monica Drego.
Mrs. Monica Drego’s portfolio contains a diverse range of experience with IB and other curricula. She has been in the field of education for the past 24 years and in the IB for the last 12 years. She has worked as an IB teacher, teaching mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Visual arts and Design Technology. At DP level, she is trained in Biology and Chemistry. She has held the posts of Environment Coordinator, IGCSE Coordinator, Personal Project Coordinator, MYP Coordinator , DP Coordinator designate and Principal of an IB school.
Having attended different workshops and conferences in India and abroad, she firmly believes in International mindedness and holistic development of the students.
She has also done her masters in counseling and psychotherapy and has worked with special need children using art based therapies with excellent results.
