DRS International School has a well equipped infirmary that provides first aid to the student in need, under the supervision of full time nurse. The students basic physical development is checked and reported terminally by the school nurse in collaboration with a qualified doctor. The school nurse also educates the school community about health through school projects and the school newsletter.

The Infirmary has all first aid equipment as well as beds and washing/shower facilities. DRS school is attached to the best hospitals in the twin city and has 24 hours ambulance service to cater to any emergencies.
