There is a growing demand for schools which offer the international curriculum, especially in metros where the demand for quality education is high.

Due to the proliferation of more and more technical institutions indicates that there is ample scope for institutions which integrate quality education with human resource.
Ecological Analysis :
The site for the building and the environment are first surveyed and then the plans for a temperature controlled environment drawn out. The focus remains on creating an environment which enhances comfort and encourages learning.
Financial Guidelines:
The success of the school project will be determined by the key factors like price / cost of the land, construction and structural cost etc. Other factors which determine the success of the project are the commitment of the management and a timely plan of execution.
Due to the prohibitive cost land within the city limits, it is suggested that land be acquired on the outskirts and the responsibility of building delegated to a reputed contractor and architect.

The financial outlay depends on various aspects such as the number of students, gross built-up area, structural design etc.

(b) Construction of School Building cost
(c) Infrastructure cost of school equipment and fittings
(d) Pre-operative expenses (Project preparation & Technical expenses)
(e) Academic expenses (Collaboration fee, Recognition fee , etc.)(f) Operative expenses (Salaries ,Taxes, Electricity , Water , etc) Considering all the above expenses, the minimum break even would mean a collective strength of 250 students.
