Counting their Blessings, They say that ships in the harbor are safe, but that is not what ships are meant for. With the board examinations around the corner, our grade X and XII students are on the threshold of one of the greatest challenges of their lives, before they step out into the world.
The school community, including members of the management, teachers, and parents, came together on the 9th of February, 2019 to organize an inspiring and moving Blessing Ceremony for our senior students. After an auspicious beginning with the recital of the Saraswathi Sloka, a prayer song, and lighting of candles, our students and teachers took to the stage to go back in time to reminisce about the journey thus far and share their hopes for the days ahead. Our Principal too addressed the students and spoke to them about facing challenges with fortitude and overcoming their fear to achieve their true potential.
The students received the blessings of their teachers with gratitude and pledged to make them proud. The Blessing Ceremony ended on an evocative note, with the Head Boy and Head Girl proposing the Vote of Thanks
